麻黄碱是一种从麻黄中提取的生物碱,通常存在于普通药物中。由于麻黄碱与甲基苯丙胺结构相似,不法分子可以利用麻黄碱的药物制剂制毒。因此,麻黄碱及相关物质在药品生产、检验和使用过程中需要严格控制。更快、更简单和更灵敏的分析技术对于含麻黄碱药物制剂的给药非常重要。本文综述了2010年以来对各类样品中麻黄碱及有关物质的取样、预处理和检测方法的研究。预处理方法通常包括液液萃取、固相萃取、衍生化和各种微萃取方法,用于样品提取, 纯化和富集以满足分析要求。检测方法有液相色谱法、气相色谱法、超临界流体色谱法、毛细管电泳法等。进一步比较了各种预处理和检测技术的优缺点,总结了该领域的发展成果和前景。

Development of sampling, pretreatment and detection methods for ephedrine and related substances in complex samples
Ephedrine is an alkaloid derived from ephedra and generally present in common medicines. Due to the structure similarity between ephedrine and methamphetamine, criminals can use pharmaceutical preparations of ephedrine to make drugs. Hence ephedrine and related substances need to be strictly controlled during drug production, testing and use. The faster, simpler and more sensitive analytical techniques are very important for the administration of ephedrine-containing pharmaceutical preparations. This review summarizes the research on sampling, pretreatment and detection methods of ephedrine and related substances in various samples since 2010. Pretreatment methods typically include liquid–liquid extraction, solid-phase extraction, derivatization, and various microextraction methods, which are used for sample extraction, purification and enrichment to meet the analysis requirements. Detection methods include liquid chromatography-based methods, gas chromatography-based methods, supercritical fluid chromatography, capillary electrophoresis methods and so on. Further, we compared the advantages and disadvantages of various pretreatment and detection techniques, and summarized the development achievements and prospects in this field.
