Bean sprouts nutrition

Grow bean sprout
1. Soak 120g of mung beans overnight until the mung beans swell and give out small white spots. Rinse the bean sprouts with clear water. Transfer them in a Cola bottle. (Cut the cola bottle with scissors from the middle part and remove the top half, then make several small holes evenly in the bottom of the bottom half.)
2. Put the bottom half of the Cola bottle on a small plate and wrapped it in a black plastic bag. Then put a cloth on the top of the bottle.
3. Wash the mung beans with clear water and repeat step 2 every 4 to 6 hours. Repeat 3 times. And wait 4 days to get bean sprouts.
Tips about grow bean sprout
1. Choose the good beans without trauma, to ensure that the bean sprouts can grow well.
2. Don’t let the bean to contact with the sun! otherwise, it will cause the bean sprout to take root early and turn yellow.
3. You’d better water the bean sprouts with normal temperature water.
Bean sprout recipe
You’ll need:
300g bean sprouts
1 carrot
1 Shiitake mushrooms
1 spinach
Vegetable oil
5 cloves garlic
Light soy sauce
Sugar
Salt
10 Sichuan peppers
Vinegar
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch cooked white sesame
How to make bean sprout
1. Wash and drain the bean sprouts. Wash the spinach. Shred carrots and shiitake mushrooms.
2. Heat a wok with water until boiling, add a few drops of oil and 1 pinch of salt in the wok. Add the bean sprouts, spinach, carrot and shiitake mushrooms in the wok and cook for a few minutes. Then transfer them in cool water and drain them.
3. Heat a wok with oil, and stir-fry the Sichuan peppers until fragrant. Add the garlic and stir-fry a few times. Add the light soy sauce, salt, sugar, vinegar and pepper in the wok. Stir-fry them evenly and turn off the fire. Add the cooked vegetables and mix well. Transfer them on a plate and sprinkle cooked white sesame. Serve.
